Each piece of  jewelry is shipped via FedEx insured with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. 

Each piece of jewelry is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks. For rush orders reach out to us at fun@leoblackstudio.com.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope your piece feels like magic! But if something’s not quite right, we accept exchanges or offer store credit within 10 days of delivery. Returned jewelry must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear.

We do not offer refunds.

To begin an exchange, please email us at fun@leoblackstudio.com before sending your piece back.

Items must be insured for their full value, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to pack your item securely so it arrives safely and snugly.

Please note:

Engraved signet rings are considered personalized and are final sale.

We only accept exchanges for eternity bands in whole sizes 6, 7, or 8 in 14K yellow gold. Eternity bands in other sizes or metals are considered final sale.

Finding the perfect fit can be tricky! If you’re unsure about sizing, don’t worry! We’re happy to help you figure out the best way to get it right.

We also offer at-home sample try-ons if you’d like to see a style in person before committing. It’s a great way to get a feel for the look and fit! Especially for eternity bands, which can’t be resized.
